She Walks In Beauty…

Coronavirus has meant that many people, myself included, have raided the online streaming services for much of their wares – either for new stuff and for old classics we have seen and loved before.

One of the old programmes I have been watching recently reminded me of an old poem by Lord Byron:

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellow’d to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

Okay, well it wasn’t THAT Byron I was thinking of, and the programme was… Mythbusters.

Kari Byron originally started out as one of the build crew on the Discovery Channel classic and grew into doing more camera pieces along with fellow cast members Tory Belleci and the late, lamented Grant Imahara.

But for me Kari became the star of he show and I, like many other men no doubt, fell deeply in televisual love with her. With her flowing red hair, wonderful demeanour, winning smile, and of course, shapely body and big boobs. For me it became less about Jamie and Adam, more about Kari.

For those who haven’t had the pleasure of Mythbusters, the team look at popular myths and try to prove or “bust” them. Towards the end I was more interested in Kari’s “bust” than the actual myth.

To this day Kari still looks amazing too!
