Uh-oh, You Have Been Boobie Blocked!
As much as we love sharing the good stuff, the UK’s new Online Safety laws mean we’d need to implement a costly age verification system to keep showing you boobs. And unfortunately, we can’t afford that (our tits are many things — but rich isn’t one of them).
So for now, UK users are politely shown the door.
We’re all for protecting young eyes — we just wish there were smarter, less intrusive ways to do it.
Thanks for your understanding.
Why is this happening?
The UK’s recent Online Safety Act 2023 requires online platforms that publish adult content — including still images — to implement strict age verification for UK users. Ofcom, now the regulator enforcing this law, aims to ensure children cannot access potentially harmful content and that platforms have "
robust systems in place".
Mainstream outlets like the
BBC explain how this means non-compliant sites must either invest in costly ID checks or restrict access altogether. Many small or independently run platforms (like ours) simply don’t have the resources to build and maintain such systems at scale. It’s why you’re now seeing those “Uh‑oh, blocked” messages.
